1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and fast99 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "fast99") governing your access to and use of the fast99 website located at fast99.win and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

Your continued use of the fast99 platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. fast99 will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via the registered contact details held on their account, but such notification does not constitute a condition precedent to the enforceability of the amended Terms.

These Terms apply to all sections of the fast99 platform, including but not limited to the casino lobby, sports betting section, live dealer tables, slots library, cashier, promotions, and customer support channels.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the fast99 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or placing any bet or wager on fast99, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your country, state, or territory of residence.

fast99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any user at any time. If satisfactory proof is not provided within a reasonable timeframe specified by fast99, the platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any funds pending verification, subject to applicable law.

You further represent that you are not accessing the fast99 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of fast99 is lawful in your jurisdiction. fast99 makes no representation or warranty that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of fast99 services, including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money betting, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the fast99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Registration Information

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information. fast99 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time and to request supporting documentation.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

fast99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents such as a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at fast99's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account activity.

3.3 One Account Per Household

Only one fast99 account is permitted per household address, per device, and per IP address. If fast99 reasonably suspects that multiple accounts are being operated from the same household or device, it reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account closure.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fast99 account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any action taken using your account credentials will be deemed to have been taken by you, and you will be responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fast99 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. fast99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security or have delayed reporting a suspected breach.

fast99 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from fast99 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to fast99 support immediately.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

fast99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The current list of supported methods is displayed in the cashier section of your fast99 account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount at fast99 is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. fast99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice, subject to notification being made available within the platform.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the fast99 finance team subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take longer depending on the receiving institution. fast99 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the fast99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any conversion from a foreign currency is the sole responsibility of the Player and any associated fees are borne by the Player.

5.5 Payment Method Consistency

fast99 operates a same-method withdrawal policy wherever practicable. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and is applied at fast99's discretion.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

fast99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of the offer and form part of these Terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your fast99 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in BDT on the relevant promotion page. fast99 recommends that Players read all bonus terms carefully before opting in to any promotion.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. fast99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to exploit the promotion contrary to its intended purpose.

6.3 One Bonus Per Player

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the fast99 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. These rules are available within each game interface or betting market and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay, and these Terms shall prevail in relation to account management, payments, and conduct.

7.1 Accepted Bets

A bet is only accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the fast99 system and a confirmation reference has been issued to the Player. fast99 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error has occurred, where odds were published in error, or where the integrity of an event is in question.

7.2 Void Bets

fast99 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the relevant sporting event has been cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared in accordance with the applicable rules, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or cheating. Voided bets are returned to the Player's account balance at the original stake amount.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the fast99 platform, game software, or communications infrastructure, fast99 reserves the right to suspend betting, void affected rounds or bets, and take any other action reasonably necessary to maintain the integrity of the platform. fast99 will not be liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fast99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account for personal use or registering on behalf of a third party without authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to defraud fast99 or other players.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that obscures the origin of funds.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or account restriction imposed on your account.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or the administrative systems of fast99 without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fast99 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the fast99 platform, including but not limited to the fast99 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of fast99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any fast99 content without the prior written consent of fast99. Unauthorised use of fast99 intellectual property may constitute an infringement and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fast99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the fast99 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

fast99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your fast99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict fast99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The fast99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fast99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of any information provided, or the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

12 Amendments

fast99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fast99 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the fast99 platform. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the fast99 platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5.

These Terms were last updated and became effective on 1 January 2026. All previous versions of the Terms & Conditions are superseded by this version.
